A Collection of Dream Dental Clinic's Veneer Before-and-After Comparisons

By Park Jonguk, DDS, MS — board-certified specialist in conservative dentistry Published

Hello, I'm Dr. Park Jonguk, director of Dream Dental Clinic.

Treatment that beautifully transforms teeth is called tooth reshaping.

There are two methods of tooth reshaping: veneers and all-ceramic crowns.

Reshaping the front teeth is generally referred to as veneers,

but veneers specifically refer to the method

of making front teeth beautiful while minimizing tooth reduction,

and for cases with severe discoloration or decay, root canal treatment, or badly chipped teeth,

reducing the tooth all the way around

and fully capping it is called an all-ceramic crown.

I'd like to introduce a variety of cases

where teeth were beautifully transformed using these two methods.

I've gathered together just the before-and-after photos

from cases already introduced on my blog.

Case 1

Due to trauma to the front teeth,

one tooth had a hairline crack and the other was chipped.

There was a gap between the front teeth, the teeth were on the small side,

and there was also a deep bite, with the teeth angled inward.

Only the chipped area and slightly rough spots were minutely reduced before proceeding with veneers.

Treatment was finished bright, natural, and beautiful.

Case 2

This time, it's a retreatment case.

This is the before-and-after of turning an extremely unnatural-looking veneer into something natural and beautiful.

The veneers on the two front teeth were retreated.

So that they'd blend well with the natural teeth next to them,

they were treated to be even more beautiful and natural.

Case 3

The teeth were tilted overall,

there was a black triangle as well,

and the tooth shape was also poor.

The teeth looked somewhat even but weren't actually even.

They were beautifully transformed through veneers.

The teeth became more even, and were treated to be even more natural

and dramatically more beautiful than the original teeth.

Case 4

This time, it's a veneer case

that includes retreatment of all-ceramic crowns.

Across the four front teeth,

using a combination of all-ceramic crowns and veneers,

we created teeth that were more even and pretty.

Case 5

These were teeth that were dark and had a lot of discoloration,

with some parts chipped and worn as well.

Using only minimal reduction and veneers,

we transformed them into natural, beautiful teeth.

Dream Dental Clinic's varied,

next-level, outstanding veneer and all-ceramic crown treatment cases

will continue into 2023 as well.
