Front-Tooth Cavities You Just Want to Hide: Finding a Seamless Solution

A common pattern among people who develop cavities on their front teeth is that

even though they brush and take care of their teeth well,

they keep getting cavities and end up with repeated resin treatments.

Even though they brush their teeth properly,

when cavities keep forming on the front teeth,

it's usually because the mouth's natural resistance to cavities is weak.

In simple terms, it's often just a matter of the person's constitution, something that can't be helped.

For other reasons besides that,

a lack of saliva in the mouth

can also cause cavities.

This is called dry mouth,

a condition where too little saliva is produced.

Side effects of certain medications can also be a cause of multiple cavities on the front teeth.

For these various reasons,

if severe cavities have already developed on the front teeth,

an all-ceramic crown, rather than a veneer, becomes the most reliable treatment option.

By covering the entire tooth,

it can help prevent further cavities as much as possible.

As cavities kept recurring repeatedly on the front teeth,

some teeth had already received all-ceramic crown treatment,

and some teeth had already undergone root canal treatment.

Because brushing wasn't being done well,

a lot of plaque had built up,

and plaque, a mass of bacteria, causes gum inflammation and can also be a cause of cavities,

as well as a cause of heavy tartar buildup.

The lower teeth were in even worse condition.

Cavities had developed even in the premolars,

so all-ceramic crown treatment was needed on most of the teeth.

In cases like this, where severe cavities have developed on several teeth,

through all-ceramic crown treatment,

the teeth can be made beautiful

while achieving both treatment and prevention of cavities at the same time.

Treatment is now complete.

Not only are the cavities gone,

if brushing and oral care aren't kept up well after treatment,
